“The staff was helpful for th most part. But the property is terribly run down, noisy and not very clean. I know they are trying hard, but I won’t stay there again.”

“The place is amazing....peaceful and serene yet close enough to town to enjoy the events.... sure to become your favorite hideaway without emptying your pocket, who knew that Caldwell had such an incredible spot hidden within it .... it offers superb fishing, cool clear water to swim in, and there's even a floating dock and island....absolutely beautiful spot.... that's only going to get better with time.....”

“Very cute and conveniently located. Pet friendly. Host communicates frequently.”

“It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you for hosting!”

“This house was perfect for us. Our daughter and son-in-law joined us for a family reunion. Another couple or children could have occupied the third bedroom. We loved the recliners! The entire house is tastefully and well appointed, and very clean - almost new. The washer and dryer were a bonus. The location: half a block from the charming old town. We could walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the lively riverside park. Ben was responsive every step of the way. We'll stay here again the next...

“This house worked absolutely perfect for us.. family from Canada, Nebraska, Washington and Idaho together for a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints…”

“We had a wonderful family vacation at the Ranch House. Kelli was helpful and attentive, but not intrusive. The pool and pickleball court were family favorites. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and we loved the long dining room table. The property was gorgeous. We even bought steaks from the meat store for our 4th of July celebration, and they were wonderful. We hope to stay again sometime!”

“Once we climbed Mt Everest to get to the top of the stairs, lol, as Tenzing said to Sir Edmund Hilary on reaching the top of Mt. Everest, what a great view”

“Great house for our family in town for a wedding”

“What am amazing home!! I felt like I was a small girl visiting my grandparents. Very warm and comfortable. ”

“The house was beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed except for an enclosed yard. I just assumed from the picture of the fence in the backyard and the fact that the house is pet-friendly, that the yard was enclosed but it is not. Both sides are open for Fido to easily get out. That was my bad for assuming though. I don’t have anything negative to say about the hosts, they were amazing!”

“Would definitely stay here again. My daughter enjoyed the kids room so much. We didn’t want to leave.”
